Booking Policy

Please Read Prior to Making Appointments :

A non-refundable deposit is due at booking. Deposits go towards your service. Deposits are transferable if you need to reschedule up to two days before your service.  ONE reschedule is allowed for appointments within the permitted timeframe of 48 hours.  If you try to reschedule your appointment more than once, you will lose your deposit and you must book a new appointment. Appointments that need to be cancelled or rescheduled within the 48 hours will be subject to loss of deposit and you must book a new appointment. No call/no show and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the remaining balance to the card on file. You must have a card on file. 

Reminder email and text will be sent out to remind you of your appointment. To ensure your appointment add the appointment reminder to your calendar on your mobile device.

No children or extra people are allowed in the suite at any time. Please arrive on time to your appointment. 

If you are scheduled as a model service and you cancel last minute, or don’t show up for your appointment, you will not be allowed to book as a model again

New Client Policy:

All new clients must book as a new client.  

Brow Policy:

If you are on any acne medication or using productions containing retinol you can not book a waxing service. If you are using said products please contact me regarding next service steps. 

Late Policy:

There will be a 10 minute grace period for your appointment. If you arrive past the 10 minute mark, some or all of your services may be rescheduled. 

Payment Policy: 

I accept Apple Pay, Cash, Zelle

Debit/Credit card payment are subject to a %5 fee 

Refund Policy: 

There will be no refunds on deposits. No refunds on any already executed services. There will be no refunds if you have an allergic reaction. No refunds on products. No refunds for no call/ no show clients. 

Health and Safety Policy

If you have come in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment. Your health and the health of all technicians is held at the utmost importance. 

The following safety precautions will be taken prior to all appointments to ensure the upmost safety for our clients:

  • Wiping down all frequently used surfaces with disinfectant.
  • Sanitizing all tools and equipment between clients 
  • Washing hands with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds 

Phone Policy:

Kindly ask that cell phones are placed on silent to ensure a relaxed nature of your service. Eyes are closed during all services and you will be unable to answer your phone calls and/or text. 

Customer Satisfaction Policy:

If for any reason you are unhappy with the results of your services, please contact me within 48 hours of your service via email or text.

Prior To Your Service:

Do not wear makeup to any facial services. Fill out any required forms before your appointment.
